Riveted number plate, good old South Africa
Just trying to figure out the front end
Caramel wheel; makes removing sticky residue a light task
I find 'sticky stuff' orange based remover works well. You can just massage it in with your fingers so no risk of scratching and as you work it in the glue just kinda dissolves and can be wiped off with a nice soft microfibre cloth. Repeat until squeaky clean, job done. Remember to use panel wipe or isopropyl alcohol (diluted) to remove the orange oil based stuff before sticking new badges on. Also before you remove the old badge heat it with a hairdryer to soften the glue, easier to pull off and often don't need to lever with a tool so safer for your paintwork
use a heat gun
Tint your rear tails w/ a slight tint from VVivid+ Light smoke and it will really set your car off right!
Pour boiling water over decal, then use nylon fishing line or dental floss and draw down behind decal. comes off much easier and no damage to badge or car
I use Orange Oik to remove old sticky tape. It won't damage the duco and easily removes the sticky goo.
The white and black combo is so classy and contrasty. You've done a wonderful job on the exterior of your Jag.
