The speaker was knackered, so I thought I’d make a video of me changing it over for a second-hand unit. Sadly though, the Jag is still not out of the woods just yet, as the starting issues appear to have resurfaced once again.

the system sound excellent even without an external amp !
the clarity of sound is brilliant, and the bass is outstanding 😉
Excellent little guys thumbs Up lol
I don't know why you took an old replacement speaker. This will just deteriorate and fall apart like the old one.
I had a battery problem for ages, ended up buying a solar panel to put on the rear shelf, I can leave it for weeks without starting up and battery always has full charge !
But I later found out two problems, before you turn the key push the gear leaver Al the way forward and to the right, there is a safety switch that dose not always operate, also my electric antenna was causing a battery drain, I have connected an inline signal booster and unplugged the antenna electrics, don't even need it up now !
mine was acting up.all the dash lights but not turning over.ended up being the main ecu in the drivers footwell.
Nice vid… Incidentally, if anyone has trouble finding decent replacement speakers, replacing the foam surround is a fairly easy job (if thats all that has rotted away)
