This is not a ’96 this is an ’89, I’ve never done brakes on a second gen so
I have no idea if it’s the same or not. The tool is $5 at harbor freight
tools, most auto parts stores have them, but they may be a bit more
expensive.

tool tha you mention is just 5 bucks or something u where I can get one or

Hi Johnnhy5ive. Is The Version American TROPER different from the European
version? In my version of the car (ISUZU TROOPER 2.6 MAGIC II) pistons are
screwed into the screw with hex wrench, screw is located on the other side
of the terminal. In my version of the fastening clamp piston damage caused
by the emergency brake.
