Couples ideas to toss out for you to check: IAC (Idle Air Control Valve)
Valve; You plugged vacuum lines, did you use something like throttle body
cleaner or carb and choke cleaner sprayed onto the lines you plugged to
check for vacuum leak? Check the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). Don’t know
what type of “turner mechanism” you have hooked up or what function it
offers so cannot help with that. Good luck with it brother!
