Thanks man I have to do that for my Colorado and itโ€™s going very good. Great video I love it

Andy Lo says:

Hi Nick, got a question: wouldn't a fully adjustable upper control arm will help the CV levels too? (Or you already have it and it's still not enough?)

Barry Perry says:

Love your videos they give me some inspiration

Old Mate says:

Hey nick. I got the same one for the dmax. The holes for cross member donโ€™t line up. Did you have this problem? Drill em out bigger?? Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Felipe Garcia says:

discount code no longer works

Greg B says:

What bash plates have you put in that fit with the ATI diff drop?

P9876 says:

Great vid mate, used the code and just installed the diff drop! Saving up for the diff locker and some bash plates now. Keep it up

Hi Nick
Love your videos. I am in the process to install a diff drop (like yours) on my Dmax , fews questions:
how much torque NM do you tighten the four bolts on the cross bar and the two long ones to the chassis?
In the kit there is an oval sort of washer …any use for it? i have not see you using it .
Thanks
Al

Marc E Sparky says:

Could this be done without jacking the car up?

Matthew Hayes says:

Hiya, apologies for the long comment. But I'm hoping you can help. So the general thoughts are, you only need a diff drop for a lift 2'' (roughly 50mm) or more. Correct? So over here in the UK, I can get an ISUZU APPROVED Pedders 1.75'' lift kit for my D'max. Won't hurt the warranty of the vehicle and so on. Sounds great. But why, if a diff drop is for 50mm or more, are the diff drops so small? Only 30mm? Even after fitting one, you still wouldn't be bringing it back to the factory height right? I mean, I could fit one to my D'max after the very small 1.75'' Pedders lift, and it wouldn't even bring her back straight. So why am I advised I don't need one unless the lift is over 2'', and if that's the case, why don't they drop the diff further? Just none of it is adding up to me? Regards.

Rabbar says:

Hey Nick. Very useful channel you have ๐Ÿ™‚ I would also like to see a vid on changing out the CV joints. I am not putting the drop in because I only have around 40mm lift but fear I may need to change a cv in the bush one day.

Luke8487 says:

Hey mate, Did you worry about doing the ATI 16MM BALL JOINT SPACERS at the same time?

Vince Angiolella says:

do you have to get anthor wheel alignment?

hypactiv1 says:

Hey Nick awsome video just question do you need to do wheel alignment once installed diff drop ?

Cheers

mohaa95 says:

This will be exactly the same on the dmax?

Stuart Sheil says:

If you lower it 30 mils .. sort of defeats why you lift it

Amaresh Wardha says:

love ur work nick… but…. get some decent bash plates man!!
