Where you located lol

@Luismendoza-wk5pg says:

You can just buy the speed sensor and solder on the speed sensor! Or just buy the tcm and not the whole valve body…

@JuanSanchez-he4cr says:

Yo I got a trany problem when I go from gear 3 to 4 it slips and revs up high if I try to pick up speed could this be bc I need to change the fluid or is it the solenoid

@ricardoherrwra1559 says:

I just went through this. But it wasn’t the valve body. Just the output speed sensor that goes in the back of the transmission and then a a reprogramming of the gears.

@alexandercheriza6610 says:

Whats a reasonable price for a new valve body?

@vag4lvevo22 says:

Lets say I get the valve body, should I put the same oem solenoids from the old one on the new one?

@gabeishere4990 says:

From what I heard you can change the TCM instead of the valve body and it's way cheap[er. People change the valve body only because you can't buy a new TCM separately.

My 2014 q50 3.7 base had this code P0720, problem is fixed after new valve body. A lot of Youtube videos show a cheap easy "fix" to replace the transmission speed sensor that's located near the output shaft. SOME have reported this working but 99% of the time it is the output speed sensor as stated in the video. Don't waste your money on the output speed sensor as its around $90ish new for it to not change the problem. Not only is that the wrong sensor, its also more difficult to get to.

@snoss9182 says:

Yeah, g35 2007 , same sensor giving problems. Why?

@benderbendingrodriguez6697 says:

And its more expensive than a used transmission lol </3
