I can’t turn of my AC and none of the stereo buttons respond (I can’t turn it on) so my question is, if I unplug everything and reconnect them, is it going to help the problem?
I highly recommend this business. I had the problem of controls for air conditioner and radio not working on the center console, but radio controls on the steering wheel did work. They repaired my radio for $345 plus shipping. Dealer wanted over $1,000. Quick turnaround too.

How do you add an aux in?
We are able to add an “Aux-in” to this stereo in shop. Provide an 1/8 inch jack for input.
Buy doing this can you replace with a different head unit for mp3/AUX capabilities
Anything can be accompli$hed. You may be better off spending your time waxing the under side of your 2003.
