I admire anyone to try and fix a junk tire such as this. This tire needs
replaced as soon as possible as I see this as a temporary repair. Sidewalls
have a tough enough time keeping it together. A repair such as this is not
going to last a huge length of time. Your life rides on those tires and
possibly others lives as well. Hopefully this got placed temporarily on the
back axle.

I stopped watching this as soon as he flips the alloy on the concrete…

I have to admit the repair-guy does a good job. However, the side-wall of
the tyre does a lot of flexing, and it’s just a matter of time before that
repair will fail. The only way I would drive on that tyre would be if I
was in the middle of nowhere and for some reason it could not be replaced
and it was the only way to get home. I would have put the tyre on the rear
of the car to minimise the adverse affect on steering should it fail.
Replace the darn tyre before it kills you, or more importantly, kills
someone else.
