Worked like a charm. Amazon came next day no extra charge. Took a little finess to get lock cylinder in the right position. Had to push plastic tabs out of the way to remove torx head screw to make the room. The tabs are probably to prevent screw from falling into door, but the lock cylinder would not move enough otherwise. two layers of painters tape on top of screw and then press in torx head tool helps keep screw from falling off, and little tape on the tool and screw for added insurance.
Thanks for a quick, easy and cheap fix!

Thanks! Great vid, will try on a 2013 and let you know how it goes.
The tool is called a Torx head socket, thus the T10, T12, T20 stamped on them respectively. Quite common, and are made in screwdriver type as well. post up after she's done.

Comfortably Known says:

thank you for the video! My Nissan Rouge, 2011, did not have the key entry, it's keyless, so that part had to be totally taken off and I had to hold the screw in the whole time in order not to lose it. It took me a little longer. The handle didn't want totally want to push to the left but I used a little muscle and got it to the end where I was able to put the small piece back on and put the screw back in it and tightened it. Done! It works. Thanks for taking the time to make this video!!
