the lower side not the top spring on the complete opposite side of the end
of the coil, it will actually fit and work

if u drive a g37 and too cheap to buy proper lowering springs, than u
shouldn’t be driving 1 at all. This is dangerous and ruins your vehicle
ride quality.

your damn car — cutting springs been common practice for ever even on
high end cars and restored classics..
You are right providing you cut them correctly so you don’t heat them up.
The straight springs are so easy to cut and install but the graduated
springs pose a problem like in this case cause they just don’t sit right.
It’s the spring manufacturers that make you believe it’s dangerous. Don’t
do it if you don’t have any experience in any mechanical issues or get an
experimental spring to cut first. You will be safe if your springs are
immersed in water during the proccess.

the mount points topANDbottom. When u 1st throw them on, the fit wont look
perfect which is why u gotta be smart on how u reassemble it. round out the
end so it sits better on the perch. It looks “weird” @that point, i know,
but the weight of the car will set n keep them in their place,unless u try2
go airborne or any dumb shit like that.GOODSPEED

Good idea with the cooling water, but it wont get that hot with a tiny disc

Perhaps cut half a ring from the middle, then weld together – cut & shut

never bottomed out or rub the tires. DO IT
