This is a stereo restoration for a customer who wanted something unique – a Bluetooth module that turns on using the existing (repurposed) AM Stereo button, and I was pleased to be able to make this happen for him!

What is it about electrolytic capacitors made during the 80's and afterwards that causes them to leak more than those on electronics made earlier? Seem like this wasn't an issue from the 70s and prior decades. I used to be into old HiFi equipment from back in the day, and this was never a common problem I ran into on older HiFis.
