Unfortunately I dont have the tools to do this installation at home. How do I ensure that whoever I pay at uhaul to install the hitch is as knowledgeable and competent as the guy in the video? I’d hate to spend $400 just to have Joe Shmoe mess something up on my vehicle or install the hitch improperly.

I am having serious difficulty putting the bottom bolts in on both sides. Anybody else? I tried wd40 and still having problems.

I have a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, Ultimate 2.0T AWD…but the “maximum” towing capacity is listed at 3,500lbs. Are you saying that just installing this hitch will increase my maximum towing capacity up to 5000lbs? If not, can it be increased by any other means?

Hello and thanks for this. Very well explained. What do I have to do if my camper/trailer also has a brake controller? I have purchased a 13509 Brake Controller from U-Haul. My camper has a 7 pin round connector. How do I wire all this into the vehicle?
