i think this the one i got from radio shack but its 4wd
, the standard reciver on the car is just a single circuit board with the speed controller and lighting on it aswell. its not really an avaliable part. i suppose you could try and fit a standard rc reciver but you would have to replace all servo wiring , esc , motor wirring , lighting and everything else i dont think its worth it. try contacting new bright maybe?

I had a similar problem but mine was with the hood of my F-150 truck when I Accidentally hit a step head on wrote to New Brite to try to get a part for it and they told me they don’t make those trucks anymore this was 4 months after I bought it..I don’t recommend buying anything from the New Brite company their stuff is Crappy! they voided my warantee unjustifiably 3 days after receiving it all they care about is making a quick buck nothing else
