Leaf springs can break on any vehicle, I had a 1975 Chevy van that had the rear driver side leaf spring break years ago, so just singling out hummers is ridiculous

I suppose I should look at the GMC canyon I’m working on because I understand the GMC canyon and the Chevrolet Colorado and the hummer H3 are all built on the same chassis.

You blame Hummer, if you live in the shit belt or rust belt what do you expect from any vehicle.

One issue I see witch can happen to any vehicle is that truck is constantly exposed to bad weather look at the rust I happened to own A H3 im in California mines looks nothing like that far as rust so if your truck is constantly exposed to snow witch they put salt down on the road have it treated to prevent this.

Good Lord no wonder it broke, look at all of that rust! My 2007 Hummer H3 frame and suspension is still painted black with very little rust anywhere. I guess because My H3 is a Southern truck (USA) with little snow or road salt.
