Great vid. On my brush guard, the uppers have a big thick spacer in there. Also, my grill is only held-on with the inner 4 clips and the 4 nuts on the ends. I tip the hood forward, take off the nuts, then carefully put the hood down. Then, just pull the grill forward. To reinstall, just reverse the process. just be careful when you raise the hood so the grill doesn't fall out. I've also put new clips in the grill so it almost stays in place without the nuts on the ends. 🙂
