does anybody know if a 92 accord starter fits on a non vtech96 accord
Assuming it would be different, all I can say is look and compare to your
car.
I don’t know but you can always call your local parts store, and ask them.
They can look up the part and see if it is the same for both engines… Or
look online and do the same thing, compare engine starter part numbers.
i wish this video was longer i wanted to see the rest of installment and i
had a question about the flywheel am i supposed to line it up or does the
started do it itself? i am a new bee

Worked for me. I found a flexible drill bit extension and electric drill to
be very helpful in the removal of the 14mm bolts once they were loosened.

Thank you, I am a single mom who is always having car troubles and
unfortunately can’t afford a mechanic, so when my starter went out
yesterday I thanked God I was able to find a video on helping remove and
install my new one 🙂 Jess
When doing any starter, no you do not need to worry about lining up the
flywheel. Just bolt up the starter, and you are good to go.
It would be awesome if you had someone else to hold your cellfone while
you’re doing this. Other than that, awesome video.

get more access. I was thinking about removing the water hose, but I don’t
want to have to refill the cooling system.

the vtech part has to do with the opertaion of the valves and distributor .

I know what you mean when you say 7 of 94, hard to say if it’s a 94 or 95.
But doesn’t the actual model year show on the emissions sticker under the
hood?
Is it absolutely necessary to take out the intake and battery
If you remove the actual starter motor (the larger part of the starter with
two long bolts) from the starter assembly, you don’t need a swivel.
