Jeremy Neil says:

old vid and no idea if commenting does anything but the video helped refresh my memory on the process, but I got a clutch to replace that just started slipping when I give it at least 50% throttle. might be swapping transmissions too from the dx trans to the ex trans. just not sure about the speed sensor removal and reinstall so far, because I know they can break easily. I'm hoping I won't take more than 6 hours to do this, I have removed the bitch pin once so far because of some maintenance I did a year or so back, so hopefully it'll come out a little easier this time, but was definitely a real pain the first time haha. appreciate the refresher though guys

Just replaced mine but I’m having trouble getting the new one attached to the engine. I’m doing it by myself and jacks aren’t working it just falls off them so does anyone have any ideas?

Collen Smith says:

I need to replace my honda transmission so I linked in to this video on how to do it in two hours. So now I'm gonna go into my warm, dry garage with expensive impact tools and get started. Oh wait. I'm doing this in my yard with a socket set because if I had all of that shit I wouldn't need to watch this video. Anybody can do anything in two hours with expensive tools.

Joseph Fung says:

Is this a manual transmission? Is the automatic transmission the same procedure?

J Sol says:

Does that one seal haveeee to be replaced when replacing the transmission

mhaseth says:

For those flywheels you don't need the prybar to hold it still. Put one of the clutch screws back in and one of the bolts that held the transmission on and then stick a wrench in between them

Wavy Gravy says:

Is this for a Manuel or automatic tranny?

Fritz Madness says:

Hey man I’m in Canada as well, where did you get that tranny for $50?

Nathan Yu says:

Does this Work for a 2000 Honda Civic 4 door
