replace the bulb. Much thanks Craig! Loving the music choice btw.

YouTube, this was actually very helpful. Saved me a lot of time and
frustration, and probably money.

blinker bulb is a lot harder.

Khaar Gaw says:

thanks brother for ur help i dont know if 2004 honda civic lx we can change
the headlight the same as 2003?

shane keskeny says:

Yes it was very helpful, it was good to see the honda general layout before
I went in there. The hardest part i had was with the metal cage that wraps
around the lightbulb… it was a pain in the ass to take off and put back
on, its tricky because you have to like push the cage around these latches
for it to lock together and hold the bulb in place. but with some trial and
error i figured out how to do it. good luck to everyone else, just be
careful with the cage !

CraigMammalton says:

Thanks for the kind words, and I’m glad that it was useful to you.

CraigMammalton says:

Unfortunately, the 2004 & 2005 models have substantially different head
lights and bulbs (hb4 & hb3). My recommendation is to check your owner’s
manual for detailed instructions. Good luck!

pebre79 says:

Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Mike Pacholik says:

Thank you. Your video made all the difference on replacing the light on the
drivers side.

Donald Sarazen says:

just took 10 minutes after watching….Drivers side too.

CraigMammalton says:

Someone else wrote the same thing. I hadn’t worked on cars before, so I
never thought to clean the engine bay. Makes sense to keep it less grimy.

CraigMammalton says:

Good to hear that the vid was helpful to you!

CraigMammalton says:

Welcome!

CraigMammalton says:

Thanks for the comment and glad to hear that the vid was useful. I’m also
grateful that Haydn didn’t drive you to violence. I guess one of the
benefits of having no speaking in the vid is that you can mute it and play
something that you find more enjoyable.

tdinh9 says:
