Thanks so much for the video. Did you have the back wheels off the ground too or just the front ones?
Excellent tutorial video….
You didn't have the hose removal pliers in your description but I found them on Amazon and ordered immediately as I've never seen that tool before! Such a great idea, thanks.
thanks a ton. excited to this myself this weekend .. cannot seem to get my hands on a 3/8 fitting however. Love from Pakistan
How many bottles does it take?
I'm afraid to take pipe out while fluid is in it
Quick question. Do you need to jack up all four wheels to level the car, or are just the front two sufficient? As always, thanks for sharing.
Danny! Thank you for making this video, I really appreciate it.
In this week or so I will be doing the power steering fluid on my 2007 Honda civic, it really needed it. Also will be doing my i-vtec solenoid and pcv valve! Thank you for making these videos.
Danny this worked superbly. Fluid is super clean in reservoir after following your video, on both my civic and accord. I didn’t trust myself to do the engine start part like you did so that was the only part I left out
Just figure I’ll have to do it in a few more years since I didn’t get as much out as you
But the reservoirs have super clear fluid after driving for a week since the job even even tho I didn’t start engine at all
Thank you !
Hi Danny, would a hand vacuum extractor pump be able to suck all the fluid from return hose including fluid in the steering gear and pump?
Or does that require turning the engine on for 1.5 seconds or manually turning the pump with belt off?
Hey Danny is there any risk of damaging the P.S. pump by turning the engine briefly?
I wanted to see you disconnect the 3/8 clear hose full of fluid without spilling it everywhere.
