I'll try to push mine z little harder but I've been pushing it and it's still not staying in place
I pushed that thing up and it kept flopping down and then it broke

I heard a pop when it broke, and I don’t feel a plate.
I did that to mine & my visor ended up completely braking
Wedge a golf tee in where metal rod enters visor, tap in cut to remove excess simple easy
