I just replaced my bushings Moog brand. Less than $10.00 on Amazon.
My wife has a Fiat 500. The sway bar has shifted to one side causing it to hit the control arm over bumps. The sway bar is above the bottom of the sub frame and they use a star or torque bolt, the bushings cannot be removed and, to make it all just that much more difficult, there’s no central jack point to get the whole front end off the car. I’ve got to use 2 jacks in tandem. This is why I drive Hondas.
I had a noise in my car once and my dad removed the heat shield which helped. ❤

I have the same scraping noise on my Volvo and it was the strut bearings.
I wish it was the SB bushings for me.
