If the document is printed on one side only paper will be wasted. It is acceptable for one-sided printings to waster paper. Documents printed on one side waste 50% of the paper so, a few extra sheets of wasted paper should be acceptable to the lazy paper wasters who refuse to print on two sides.
I also hate printing on 2 sides. It is so annoying.

Most over engineered POS mower I've ever had to work on. I actually didn't start seeing them until 21-22 (not sure when they debuted) but I hated them since the first one rolled through the shop door….
Really glad you did this video. My serial number did not match. Bought it used but only used twice for $250. Thought I got jipped after watching this. Guess I got lucky eh?
Great video! I bought two of these for cheap, one has a slightly bent crankshaft – didn't realize it would be $155 to $225 to replace! Ridiculous, that's more than I paid for both mowers. Anyone know where to find a used or less expensive crank for these? 🙂

the blank pages at the back of a repair manual is for helpful notes on repair tricks you learned on a specific job you rarely do so you don't have to remember for next time. at least that's what the old mechanic on my first job in a garage in my teens told me to use them for. all of his shop manuals were full of notes about tricks to save time on jobs. we got paid out of the time book, so if you beat the time, you're in the money.
What about Tillotson replacement vertical shaft engines? Are they any better?

In 1987 I told the wife I would take a job, if the money was spent paying off our debts. The month we were out of debt she spent my paycheck on a Honda pro mower for $500.
So when you put it together and it don't start, you can make notes for the second try that's plastic for you. That's why I'm keep on my eye out. Always for them old school solid metal.
I first encountered "this page intentionally left blank" in old IBM technical manuals in the 60's.
In IBM's case, it was largely so that each chapter or major section of a manual showed up on the right hand side when the manual is laid out flat.
In other words, if a chapter had an odd number of pages, they'd add one to make the number even so that the next chapter started on the right side.
It certainly made a lot of sense if the manual was intended for three ring binders, and each chapter could be completely separated from any other, and could be detached if wanted.
The disclaimer would be so that no-one thought they had a misprinted manual.
