@GMCownsall Hard to say without knowing what company is claiming those
types of power gains… the 8100 is a beast, but a gain of 100+ HP would be
huge from a tuner on a naturally aspirated, stock engine. We carry the
biggest name brands in the industry, and most of our tuners for the GM 8100
V8 will give 20-35+ HP, with similar torque gains.
my friend said he installed one in his 04 silverado stock 5.3 with muffler
he says it gave him 70 more horsepower but i feel no differents
how much hp would it give a 2002 chevy impala 3400 v6 with a cold air
intake everything else is stock?

@hotroder105 The Jet Performance Programmer will add +15HP and +13 Ft-Lbs
of torque for your vehicle. This is not taking into account the other mods
you have installed, so you will probably see even higher power numbers.

@dboyinaz You should see +18 HP and +15 FT-LBs of torque out of that V6.

No, power programmers typically utilize the OBD-II port to upload the
tune, which means most vehicles older that 1994 are not supported by any
programmer. We don’t carry anything programmers that work on vehicles older
than 1994.

Results vary by vehicle and by the driver, but typically, this chip will
help improve fuel economy… just make sure you keep a light foot!

@MrKAMF Sorry, but power programmers only reset the code. If your ECU
thinks the engine has a problem (i.e. catalytic failure), then the trouble
code will pop back up again.
That would depend on the Year-Make-Model-Engine of your vehicle. What are
you driving?
