John Schwander says:

allen dougherty says:

hell yeah didn’t even think of that and I do live in Michigan thanks for
taking the time to show that part of the repair I was stuck right there to.
genius

Andrew Byerly says:

Thank you so much, I had to change both front wheel bearings. I bought a
steering wheel puller, the bolt was perfect and it had a nice flat threaded
bar, 20.00 dollars worked GREAT !! thank you for making life easier.

John Braun says:

I have other truck issues. You’re my new “go to” guy!
Thanks again, be well

Kaleb Stults says:

You deserve an award for this video. I heard the horror stories of beating
on these hubs for hours, but with this trick it took me 5 minutes to remove
my hub. Thanks for the help.

John Braun says:

DUDE!!!! Just finish the job. YOU RULE!!!! One of the best “tricks of the
trade” There was so much rust the thing looked prehistoric!!!! Road salt
and riding on the beach had this thing FUSED into a solid mast of iron
oxide!!! I did round off the “point” on my puller but that’s a small price
to pay for the ease of doing it this way. I can’t express my thanks enough.
I was having a really shitty week before this failed and when it happened I
wasn’t jazzed about the work involved in this job but being broke at the
present time couldn’t afford to have a garage do it!!!! Going to suscribe
in case

John Braun says:

Haven’t tried this yet but it sure as shit has to beat pounding on that
damn thing!!!!
