You USA guys seem to get a lot more simple codes in the UK we seem to suffer a language problem with the different manufactures for example we can have a euro fiat500 is a ford KA the same vehicle under the body but the fault codes are worded different. I worked for Skoda oh man codes translated from CZ to German to English, even today I had a VW crafter/ merc sprinter with an ABS code "right front engine speed" ?? turned out not the sensor but the bearing ring full of rust.
