In this video I’m replacing the rear brake shoes and the front wheel bearing on our 2009 Chevrolet Aveo. Doing this repair myself has saved us over $1000.00 in garage fees.

I always hated replacing brake shoes. It's such a pain. You do good work!
And a 6 inch bench vice.
Heather! You need to get Cliff some snap ring pliers for Xmas..
You are rich with skill and knowledge Cecil – i also use anti seize on calliper bolts. Improvising tools and fasteners is sometimes what we must all do brother – at least the snow bank made a convenient shelf for you lol – in a few months you’ll have a smooth, level concrete floor for such occasions – thank you, enjoy the day and cheers
Good morning Skinners.Job well done Cecil. You are a patient and smart man to work under these conditions
First time I saw a man put brake shoes on with a chainsaw, I see a saw on the video
More better you then me boy I wouldn't be able to see the think let a lone fix it?
This reminds me of having to change the distributor shaft on my truck in January some years ago… Had to lie under the motor; take the oil pan off. Damn near froze to death. Of course that was Manitoba on the 52 parallel. You are a tough dude Cecil.
Cecil, you are one smart cookie. It was funny to see you use th snowbank as a table for your tools! Cheers to you both!
…A GOOD JOB, KEEP SAFE AND WARM AMIGO
