Richard Farquhar says:

What if the crank and pistons were still in

UFC PUBG says:

Would it have been better to just have put the cam bearings in a cold freezer so the cold could contract it then used a heat gun to expand it once it was on? Just think hammering it in is iffy just a tad bit

Avery Blanton says:

Always have the line bore checked before installing new bearings to start with especially if it's still stock and your going aftermarket parts with no machine work on a stock block.

Bryan King says:

I have a 5.3 and 6.0, you wanna rebuild the motors? They’re about due.

Jeff Andrejas says:

Do they call for oil between the outside of the bearing and the block. Wouldn't they need to go in dry as to not spin a bearing?

Steel Riggins says:

Great video but I am curious about your remarks at the end. What would have happened if you were reusing the original cam since it did not work with the new cam bearings? Did you ever find what caused the problem with the new cam bearings and the old cam?

Chasemanuti says:

Does the tool have a stopping point for install? Or are you eye balling it?

Andrew Mapes says:

Aawesome vid

erik hall says:

Wrap a rubber band behind the cone and it will keep cone pushed tight into bearing journal so u don't have to hold it , kinda a 3rd hand

JO’ MaMa says:

I place the block standing vertically and utilize gravity on replacing cam bearings and camshaft install..
