So you were actually able to turn out that whole stud with the nut still on
it? Grind it down to get a grip, penetrating oil and go for it? Everyone
keep’s saying to cut off with oxy and easy-out the rest of the stud. This
seems a lot easier.
You are extremely patient. I believe that is your largest achievement.

wow there is so much more room to get these off on yours then there was
doing my 05 header swap.
Best tool for them studs are an oxy/acetlyne torch cutting them off,there
is no way they will not come out that way.
