You need to re-flow the solder to the surface mount resistors (black chips
he pointed out in the video) with a soldering gun. Some lead-free solder
would also be useful. Just fixed a similar problem on another brand of
truck.
@goldens984 – yes, the little black chips will fall out of place over time
but if you don’t want to pay over $100 for a new motherboard then fixing it
again. And do NOT use superglue to hold the chips down. I used superglue
and it worked for a little while but now they wont make contact any more
and i cant do anything to fix it.

don’t have remove inner shell just unscrew led housing.

This is the best video for this proceedure. I have fix a explorer and F350
with this proceedure.

The chips work their way loose due to heat from the roof.

The outer shell looks different but it is the same insides for the 2002
F250. This actually helped me fix my consol. Thank you.
