Brake caliber grease, I've heard dielectric grease, I don't know if it's the same thing or similar enough…
But I know it's not required, though I do know it has a purpose and benefits. My brother says he doesn't use it, and he's never had any issues.

F…k Ford for ignition coils! Money making sh..t heads. This year truck literally had an awesome engine but let's go ahead and throw expensive fixes all around it and cheap door linkage so it gets stuck. Oh let's also make sure in a rain storm we close the doors because no one drives in a rainstorm. One drop of water will short out the window motors. Awesome!
Most harnesses don't have that much slop. It's always advisable to remove the harness FIRST and install it LAST.
