I bought a 2003 Ford Taurus because it was all I could afford. That car didn't even make it to 122,000 miles before it had a dozen things going wrong. Switched to Honda and never looked back.

I used to love my two TBirds but I finally got wise to Ford when I discovered the inner workings of my driver's door were all cheap plastic crap.
Ford is how old now? Why can't ford make a quality vehicle?? Because they always go to the cheapest material & rush vehicles thru production when they are clearly not ready. You would think that a company with over 100 years of making vehicles would be able to get things right b4 releasing the product & then having 2b forced 2 recall the crap vehicles they sold their customers
Scotty Kilmer, 1% of 2.9 million vehicles have this defect? How many of these vehicles when they hit dealer showrooms are going to be inspected for brakes? You want new brakes while your car is here? How about an oil change? Over 100k? How about new spark plugs? Sounds like good marketing to me
