How you learn that? Newly thrust into mechanical work with no training other then when my dad showed me how to change a tire and do the oil when i was 14. Ive done ALOT in the last 7 or 8 months (all in transit 250's) but it's all things that are outside the engine and transmission…. Haven't even done a water pump yet! How the heck do you get the knowledge to diagnosed find remove and replace engine and transmission parts??
