I’m having trouble with my 2012 Q5 Sline the screen doesn’t turn. I went to check the compartment and it looks like previous owner had already installed replacement on the first one you had switched. Should I get a new one and replace the old ones to see if it doesn’t work?
I have a problem with mine, the Lightning on the mmi is too dim… does this solve too???

What if the nav box in the boot constantly flashes and runs down the battery. But no mmi.

The radio would turn on but no sound speakers, I took off a fuse and this happens I’ll try this afternoon what I saw on thi video and I’ll comment later
Man thank you so much. I had problem with my radio and mmi for 2 month's ..every 30 secs the music stops play for 5 secs and then continue and that's all the time when radio on .and last 2 weeks ago the complete system shut off but this was very helpful..thanks buddy

Worked for my b8.5 A4 but like he said I lost sound to the radio but everything functions
I tried this and the audio says “currently unavailable” all functions work besides audio
I have a 2015 audi a5 same problem, amplifier got water damage, there was a leakage but got fixed now it doesn’t switch on automatically and when i switch it on manually it goes on for a few seconds and switches off again, will it start working if i get that loop
I had the same problem locked and unlocked the car and it worked , what happened ?
Works for me as a temporary loop. Sadly when I do this the CD player as well as the Volume knob lose functionality. I bought a Carplay screen so I'll see if I can listen to music over that. Do you have an idea what it could be? Changing the amp on the left side in the trunk didn't fix it for me. It's something else, which I can't see.
