I bought a Super Cheap Ferrari California from an Exotic Car Dealer. They told me it was pretty rough, but I had no idea I was getting myself into a problem that could cost more than I paid for the entire car…

Fantastic video, Sam! Very instructive.
Funny story Sam is the reason I own a 360 look at my comments over the years…diyd it a bit and got bit aswell because dealers killed me on repairs
expensive junk……….. Smh
If i ever became rich i would never buy a Ferarri. They are straight trash.
So let me get this straight…you are putting power to the wheels with the rear of the car elevated by one Jack stand and a hydraulic jack…well ok. You do you!
Yeah… I bought a BMW Z4, drunk on New Years ( No I didn't test drive it ) with 100,000 miles on it. Generally, I do a market search, and it was a good buddy I'd bought cars from before, but I was just waiting for something to fail and total the car. I'd just bought a 4RUNNER the week before so I was down about 25 k. Since I live on my sailboat, and park on the beach, I kept it at a buddy's house across the bridge. Fun little car, no major problems , few upgrades ,but needed some minor cosmetics. Still made me a nervous wreck. Felt like I had to pay attention to ,and drive it. Owned it about a month. Took a few k bath , but got rid of it. All this looks easy, or fun, but unless you have deep pockets ? Buy something you can pay cash for that doesn't kill you at the garage. Even if you're the garage.
pretty junky for a 100k+ when new, but then again, the service life of the vehicle for the manufacturer is the first owner or the first 100k miles
Sam has taught me that never get a Ferrari if you win the lottery. lol
Thanks Sam – Always love your videos. Will stick with my 2005 – $2000 toyota avalon (what I paid) , currently no issues, touch wood. 🙂
Really sad to see what bad state the car is with so few miles.
How about an update video with all the cars you have?
Tape is probally 3M
I don’t think that car has only 40k miles…
Just convert those junk Ferraris to EVs.
I see missing bolts in the tranny rut ro
Next episode: a cheap Range Rover. How bad could it be?
