Tim Sharky Productions says:

so do you have a fuse holder on this set up or is it just straight wired to
the battery?

Sam Akers says:

Harbor freight gave me instructions that aren’t for these lights and the
numbers for the switch in the directions don’t have the same as the switch
we both have… Could you take a quick look and post the #s and where the
wires go?

Riley Philips says:

Can you put led light bulbs in these

zippplok says:

“Nice muffler man” says the guy driving a
sweet rape van

Jun J. says:

the wire to da apaptor to the wire..im sorry but you more explain how the
wire goes in your truck,, you didnt teach how where the wire connect to
men..explain it very slowly and make people understand men..im not hatin

Ryland White says:

Guy… Why are you lying? hahahahahaha

Jonah Dobbs says:

Would a 12v 7 aH battery power these lights?

Freight Train says:

I have some KC 6×9 off road lights, how bright are these compared to those?
I don’t want to spend the money and get more KC’s

moss boyz street racing says:

Found your channel by reading your harbor review and I’m glad I did.
Thinking about putting these lights on my 2002 e250 cargo :D

Ray Moquet says:

Thanks for the video – I just installed these on my Jeep Wrangler, all good
– Except I think I have maybe the wires wrong on the switch. The light on
my switch is always ON – is yours also always on, or only when you have the
lights turned on? Any ideas? Thanks again – well done!

UBBERTANKER says:

ida put the switch on the ground side its a little safer that way if it
shorts the light just comes on instead of poppin a fuse or frying a wire

Swing4gr8nessN8 says:

“nice muffler man” lmao XD

Richard Cowtails says:

heyy I was thinking about doing something like that. 3 1/2 is a really long
time. Should take 30 minutes tops. no need for relays or anything. what do
you think in the way of brightness and long throw of the light? I was also
gonna switch the bulbs to better ones. but whats your opinion on the
brightness in the dark?

Robert Lamb says:

I bought 2 sets for my 99 Wrangler. I couldn’t justify spending $200 on a
set of Hella or KC when they’re only going to get used maybe a few times a
year. The teeth are spaced a bit far apart so there really in no fine
adjusting but can’t expect them to be perfect for $20. They look killer on
the Jeep, completely changed the look of my front end (2 on the bumper and
2 on the wind shield)

jack clarke says:

The way I wpuld hate it to be done

Doctor McFetus says:

HID off road lights would be a 3/10 :P

AutomotiveVlog says:

Fuck! You never stop whining.

AutomotiveVlog says:

I cant believe some people are still running bumble bee fart can mufflers!

999equalizer says:

Negative can be grounded to any metal surface on the car, doesn’t need to
be ran to battery. Then just run positive up through a dashboard switch and
down to the positive battery terminal, fuse block etc.

gargar75 says:

Looks like those should really help when you are in the middle of the
desert. Not bad for under $20!

Thomas Maclean says:

Haha 😛

FrostAirsoft says:

Nice muffler dude

adventurek9 says:

Are those low wattage lights? maybe a switch that can handle high
current??? I only ask because every set I’ve ever installed called for a
relay to handle the high current drawn from the powerful lights. Lookin’
good!

FlyingSpaceOstrich says:

lol “nice muffler, man”

AutomotiveVlog says:

I make videos to share with my friends and that’s why I talk a lot in them.
To get a conversation going with my friends in the comments section. I’m
not here to become famous nor am I trying to be a partner. I make videos
for my friends and that’s why when I make videos we have a discussion about
the topic in the comments. Have a nice day, Keep up the good work on your
Ranger.

2 weeks later…

AutomotiveVlog says:

You can film Fast and the Furious 7 out there!

AutomotiveVlog says:

I had to adjust them when I was bolting them up on to the bumper. It’s not
too bad, It’s still a aiming a little high I’ll have a friend help to get
the final calibration down. Are you lenses yellowing? If not your lights
probably aren’t adjusted right. You can always put after market fogs in and
use the existing wiring of your factory fogs. Ones ground ones power. snip
it and splice it in with new fogs. That way you keep the factory switch.

MrWolfjflywheel says:

nice vid, you’ve convinced me to get these. I cant resist Harbor Freight
sales any way.

AutomotiveVlog says:

Yeah man! I’m trying to make a video in peace and for a second I thought I
was getting attacked by a swarm of bees!

AutomotiveVlog says:

They actually put out some really good long distance lightning for what you
pay for. First thing I did once it was dark was test them out! Gotta do it

AutomotiveVlog says:

They’re great lights for what you pay for. I have to make a video showing
how bright they are. The only downside is they are so cheap because it’s
old school technology. Not LEDS so they draw a lot more power then LEDs.

Joe Preciado says:

Yeah I saw that guy’s review, I bet he doesn’t even know how to put
gasoline in his car!

AutomotiveVlog says:

The lights are rated at 100 Watts with a 20 amp fuse. The Switch is rated
for 30 amps. Reading through the reviews a few people hooked them up to a
relay but most of the reviewers used the hardware it came with. I found one
guy on YT using these and he’s been running them for a year with no
problems. I don’t really drive around the desert at night, I mostly bought
these for cosmetic reasons but wanted something that still actually work.
They put out some good long distance light.

TruckingShooter says:

itll be some kinda sweet bug out WORL truckster =P lol seriously it should
be cool for road trips.

wakaphwap says:
