I have a 2007 Caravan with 191.000 on it with the original transmission. The torque converter was replaced under warranty at 92.000. It's not the most reliable vehicle i have ever owned and have had my share of problems with it but nothing major. I take care of it. Twelve years old an the A/C still works like new. The original battery lasted 9 years. I really can't complain. Being in the rust belt it's beginning to rust out in a few places and i'm going to have it repaired. Every month without car payment is a bonus.

Randy Taylor says:

I've got an 05 Caravan with 110k. I've only had minimal problems with it. I figure I'm living on borrowed time. The nice thing is that the salvage yards are full of them to get parts from for cheap.

Ol' West says:

Got 220k miles out of ours. Replaced the AC compressor once, but great car otherwise. Worst thing was being known as the minivan family.

: Some of Scotty Kilmer's repeat customers, Jim Beam, Lord Calvert, Berry White, Tom and Jerry, Hiram Walker, Johnny Walker, John Collins, Tom Collins, Bud Weiser, Harvey Wallbanger, Jose Cuervo, Captain Morgan, Miller Highlife and the prince of Wales just to name a few. Rev up your bottles and ring that bell, Toyota's the best and the rest is hell.

Nathan Bain says:

My 2004 Dodge Caravan gets 13.5 mpg

Juan Irving says:

So reading some comments and I think from 2010-Present are the worst. Company van is a 2011 and the radio skips every 3 seconds if you use aux or bluetooth and if you use the normal radio it just doesn't work. Someone I know has a 2013 and the suspension in the rear is so bad it makes me nauseous. And they've had the check engine light on and off a few times.

Baley says:

Really Scotty surely dodges have some solid built vehicles my 2004dakota has 177,000 miles on it with the 3.7 magnum v6 very solid built truck has a few dings and dents and scrapes but it’s my daily and I haven’t had a single problem with it besides my accident damage that was on me but it runs and shifts like a dream my parents had a caravan and town&country very solid built vans in my opinion it was more reliable than the explorers and that dumb Kia van overall solid built vans indeed

"… worst transmissions KNOWN TO MAN…."

As if there are transmissions not known to man…
( Love your channel Scotty! )

j freed says:

People who own these can't drive even to save their lives. I saw one wrecked by the highway, the top of it was sheared right off and it burned to a crisp. That was one Caramelized Van…

Mgyuh says:

It’s pretty easy Scotty, they’re crap. That’s why they’re so successful. When one goes bad, you can easily replace it with another for not a lot of money. My company goes through them like they’re disposable, which, all things considered, they kinda are.
