How to replace a egr valve on a 2004 Dodge ram 1500 slt hemi 5.7 V8. Code P0404 part 2.

Its a easy job.. don’t be too intimidated about it.
Tyspyro86 – Did you have to flash your truck during this process? Was your truck manufactured on or before Mar 2004? I want to swap mine, but sacred about not flashing until I can get to the dealer next week.
About how many miles were on that truck when the EGR valve needed replaced?
no problem.. just a easy fix but let me know if any other problems come up with your dodge.
Just a question would this maybe be what is causing my oil to smell like gas?
