I just this morning installed the B8.5D-BHP Blue in my 2007 Dodge quad cab
and they work perfect. Very easy if you follow this video and they make a
HUGE difference. The only thing I had to do it take some needle nose plyers
and squish the contacts a bit just so it fits nice and snug.

livefootagetube says:

The bulbs are not green it’s the panel that illuminates the bulbs green.
The bulb itself is clear.. I’ve learned on the 2008 Dodge Ram not to change
anything when it comes to the bulbs. They always go out or flicker I bought
mine from the same company the stupid computer knows that you changed out
the bulbs and the voltage is all different eventually you will have
problems. I recently installed some HID headlights which worked out perfect
after trying about 10 different kits but it would make the instrument panel
LEDs flicker.. I rather have the HID headlights then the flickering led
instrument panel bulbs I’m sure other people have ran into this problem

slipknot44144 says:

But thanks again for the video your really the only person who broke this
down step by step

kemisthekid says:

One question, where could I get the white background with the black
numbers?

kemisthekid says:

Cool video bruh!

manologwapo says:

nice. Thanks

Casey Rodriguez says:

Buy an rgb 60 led/meter strip with what ever kind of remote you want. Use
hot glue to mount the strip throughout the cluster, if there’s an ir
sensor, make sure it’s visible to the remote some how, hook it up to the
wire that powers the dash lights. Boom, you can choose any color anytime.

Israel Rodriguez says:

@psphackeraod
When you put your light in behind the gauge cluster. Could you wiggle them
or did they fit in there snug. Because my wiggle there not snug at all.

PGUNNA201 says:

For the cluster the correct bulb type is b8.4d not the b8.5d that’s why
your bulbs wiggle

arryan20 says:

+PSPHaCkErAOD how did you manage to get the b8.5d bulbs to fit in the hvac?

erikrho says:

i bought some of the super bright leds and i cant get mine to work

LEONARD RAY says:

Put the neo-5bhp in the hvac controls and the b8.5-bhp in the dash all
lights flicker any ideas?

monsterbigd says:

Question, so the gauge and the ac part takes the b.8 5b? So if I bought the
high power led it would fit the same correct? Could I use the same ones for
the rest like the 4×4 and so on?

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@BlAdEPhEnEtIc87 the headlight or 4×4 switch causes it if u did them, i
changed min to a 3mm led with a 470ohm like for the window switch and it
fixed it, also can happen if a bulbs not in all the way, or u could have ur
interior lights dimmed to much, i keep mine at the highest one before the
dome lights turn on

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@routch605 its just cause the original lights were white, and passed threw
the green and red dash factor lens, but with the blue blue bulb only the
blue passes threw the green and nothing threw the red. idk really any
better on how to explain it, but it doesnt bother me

fastodie says:

Question??? have you tried Red L.E.D’s on their and can u tell me the size
of the leds Thanks

doc199107 says:

where do you buy the Roscolux at? I can’t find the Web sight you list

trivella17 says:

Hi, first of all congratulations for your fantastic videos. I state that I
live in Italy and I am owner of a 2004 RAM Rumble Bee, here it is not easy
to find replacement led to the originals. So I ask where I could buy the
LEDs in the USA so I get them and I replace … Thank you very much sorry
for my english

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@tperez838 ya there a tight fit, i got the sizes from a forum thats why i
ordered what i did, mine just fit, it sounds like u did just what i did, i
know the 02-05 interior is a different from the 06-08 so im not really to
sure, can always try to get the right size whatever it is

biggspoon68 says:

can you tell me the cluster/gauge bulbs for my 2006 dodge stratus?

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

i have no clue as i dont own a neon, sry

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@desertrat08 its green currently, i found a way to but i need to take apart
the gauge cluster to get to it, im busy with college currently, but at the
end of the semister im going to have some time to finish hopefully and add
more stereo stuff

Diego Salcido says:

where do you buy the led bulbs??

beto7g says:

Hello, I have a 2006 Ram, do you know if the bulbs are the same as for the
2008? Blue looks awesome, great job dude!!

smallboy1996 says:

u should not have changed them at night

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@Sotexy2 i get between 9-12 cause i do a lot of city driving, i drove up
north and the highest i got was 17.9mpg i have the hemi 5.7L no 4×4, i haul
ass all over town to many slow trucks near me cause i live near the ports,
and to many slow jap crap cars, i cant stand them, lol i need to always go
at least 5mph over the limit. got a huge ticket for doin 90 in a 45, lol u
have a ram?

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

i has a link to the sizes in descriptions and i have posted them in
comments… anyway the ac it say to use the same ones as for the gauges but
i later learned that neo-b5 fits and works better

Djorn Bibbs says:

Does anyone know how to find these bulbs on superbrightled? I’m looking for
the size for the a/c unit…someone help please!?!

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@07RamLaramie i wouldnt know not having that stuff

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

they do still make the neo-b… its neo-b3 for the over head, and i changed
my ac controlls to neo-b5 since cause i had problems with the other bulbs
cause flickering sometimes. for the head light and 4×4 switch the wled-x
didn’t work good for me so i got just a normal blue led in there but what i
wanted to try but havn’t gotten to it put the stock bulb back for those and
use that blue stuff that is like tint that i used to change the digital
displays

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

u cant see the last red lines on the gauges but u can see the needles fine

jdogtth says:

did you get the 2 lumens or 6?? would it make a big dif.?????

doc199107 says:

and btw it’s not 5 bulbs as you say. Really Takes 11! of the B8.5D-DHP.
Then they don’t even fit right they fit lose. and before you ask yes mines
a 2007.

Micah Morton says:

Blue lights are so played out.

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@bigjoe92992 the gauges probably i think they r the same, not 100%sure.
purple wont show up tho, i had a few i tried for fun, pretty much only the
blue will work

kingtrevorlive says:

Thank you. I’m going to do this , blue is nice color

Shayn Wedeman says:

I see two options on the website, 921-B9 and T13-B6…..which one is the
right one, I’ve got the same truck as u only mines black

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@66blacksunshine they r blue, watch part 2

Cj816 says:

your the man! that shit looks awesome!

TheRancherboys1440 says:

I have an 03 cummins! What size bulbs will I need to change from green to
blue? I don’t want to order the wrong thing!

Djorn Bibbs says:

Where did you get the lights dude? Also what size are they?

seppola10 says:

@BlAdEPhEnEtIc87 they dont draw enough power go to your nearest audio place
they have something they connect to the wires before the light and it draws
more power its the same as if your signal light burns out it flashes fast
its the same concept

Pablo Taboada says:

nice video dude.. well done.

tperez838 says:

hey bro i have a 2003 ram 1500. i bought the blue bulbs same place you
bpught urs at, same king, i installed the 3 into the heater/ac panel and
none turned on! what difference did you do, i just simply inserted and all
it did was like bend the little side clips but none came on. i know the
ones, me and u bought are bigger than the stock ones but they worked for
you, what do you think might be going on?

dlumbreras90 says:

nice pioneer got the same one an nice vid too

MoopMoore2697 says:

Those over head lights sound ratchet

PSPHaCkErAOD says:

@beto7g 06-08 should be the same as far as i know, i think 02-05 might even
be the same on some of the bulbs
