Burned out bulb? Then why does it sometimes work? My signal ticks fast for up to several months then ticks normally for several days then back to fast for several months. When it ticks normally I have checked and both front and back lights are working. When it’s fast only the back is working. Seems I am the only one in the world with this problem of intermittent fast ticking.
I appreciate you taking the time to post this video. My 2007 Dodge Dakota did the exact thing today and I followed your steps and resolved the problem. It happened to be the rear left side top bulb. Again thank you for posting.

The turn signal blinks quickly so fartso wi wi wartso can get into the right lane or change lanes on the arrows pointer freeway
i know this happened to my parents 05 t&c
I think dodge tend to get it more on the left side
