1970 Dodge Challenger R/T Sheet Metal install restoration video 6 Firewall upper cowl and Door Skins

On this Video we work on the 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T in our shop by fixing all the rust and sheet metal. I start by stripping down all the Auto Metal Direct sheet metal. Once everything is prepped I remove the old firewall and replace it with a new one followed by the upper cowl panel. After those are installed I show how I go about installing two door skin. and a rocker panel. This process will be the same for all E body cars including the Challenger and Cuda 1970-1974.

Hey great video as always nobody does is quite like you my friend. off topic but I figure id ask, how long can you keep a car in Ospho before it should be primed? Im stripping multiplie areas but im really slow so once im done a section I do ospho.

Great video. Feel like broken record but absolutely beautiful work. How long did it actually take to do everything on video? I would imagine itโ€™s a few days at least. Your attention to detail is just awesome.

Your organization is top notch. Working on several different cars and moving through the processes. It looks like you are there getting the job done not just racking up the hours.

Thanks for the video and showing people how to do it right. It takes alot of work to build these cars right let alone all the off screen time you put into these videos. Us viewers appreciate it. Keep up the hard work.
