and worked good

I have a 2004 durango wth 5.7 hemi & codes pO700 ,p0734,p0731&p0733
appeared can someone help me

leflac01 says:

Thanks for the information and tips. My 2000 Grand Caravan with 88K miles
was giving only P0700. Other than that shifted fine. Replaced both sensors
(the output sensor had the problem than yours) and the light is gone :-)) I
decided to go for both because they are cheap (~$20) and I saw in other
forums that one fails soon after the other. I did find fine metal powder as
well. I’m changing the transmission oil and filter next. Thanks again!

BerkLeeDrm says:

i looked..and all my wires under battery were crappy and white from battery
goo..I got a shock…all connectors had color wires exposed for the first
half inch, and black tape was shrunken and brittle. If I cant start my van,I
turn headlight switch at same time as key and it starts…so it isnt
starter…my tranny whines and get all the codes when freezing out.Now
summer it only whines for a second.I had lock up and all that.turn it off
re-set- fine.Mech. said dont change filter its electric

SuddenDeath says:

@Larrye123; thanks man, it’s fixed. i didn’t have any tranny problems
what-so-ever or rough engine… before Betsy went into the FACTORY FAIL
SAFE MODE. when she was in fail safe mode, she was doing every symptom i’ve
posted! i had to replace both tranny speed sensors. it took couple of days
but now she’s fine. just cruising the highway… ty ^^ ๐Ÿ™‚ SD

JEROME WILLIAMS says:

@SuddenDeath0 HEY MAN did u fix the problem i have the same thing on my van?

Dennis Frush says:

I have a 1999 Plymouth Voyager stuck in 2nd gear limp mode and speedometer
not working. Searched the internet and read how people had spent thousands
of dollars trying to fix their cars. After watching this video I
immediately went out and pulled the output speed sensor. I checked it with
my meter on the ohms scale and could not read any continuity between the
two pins on the sensor. Ran to Autozone and bought a new one for $20 and
now my car is working again. Thanks for the Video.

edesir says:

The symptoms on my 2000 Chrysler Cirrus were high readings of the
tachometer of 3000 or more by just driving at normal speeds of 25 ~ 30mph.
The engine was working too hard for a tranny that didn’t wanna keep up. I
replaced the sensor in this vid and had no changes, boy was I kinda pissed.
Next morning my cirrus was happy and the CEL went away. ๐Ÿ™‚ BTW i had o lot
of gunk on my tip, time for a tranny pan drop and fluid change. Thanks

SuddenDeath says:

@ayydrii; ty ^^ ๐Ÿ™‚ SD. i’m not a mechanic; however, sounds as though your
tranny needs her chastity belt needs to be tightened. her tranny belt that
is or check your tranny shift solenoid… i’m shooting my shotgun in the
dark hoping any of my 00 buck shot hits the target. my tranny jerks mildly
so changed fluid without any additives and now she’s fine. mechanic friend
says to replace tranny fluid & filter every 10,000 miles. good luck. SD

allmotorkris says:

i was just asked if i could help out a co worker who just had the same
codes from autozone, now i can. thanks

ayydrii says:

whats wrong if my dodge stratus 6 cylinder is on a 45 mph and is coming to
stop at 25 mph and jerks once. i had change the tranny fluid with lucas oil
additive because of its thickness to mix in with the actual tranny oil and
thought that would fix it.. it did for the next day.. but after that day it
started to jerk again.. whats wrong?

BerkLeeDrm says:

thanks mannnnn

AmsterdamVideo.com says:

Yaay, make Betsy run another 11 years there! ^^ Cheers, Carnager

Dan Fieldad says:

Can anyone help me with my 2003chrysler intrepid 2.7 engine. If im driving
in a highway, im having a shifting pblems, especially if i slows down on
the exit, and if i smash the accelerator the rpm goes up and it wont go
higher than 70kmp, i dont know if this is just a bad speed sensor or a bad
tranny. The engine light code is po161 i replace it already both sensors
downstream but the light still on and theres still pblme with the shifting.
Any ideas guys. Thanks.

b6danny says:

Thanks for the tip bro. I had the same problem and thanks to your video I
fixed it my self .

SuddenDeath says:

@BerkLeeDrm; ok. when you’re replacing the sensors, replace both input &
output sensors same time; even though, one of them is bad!!! after
replacing both sensors, i don’t have any tranny problems. good driving. ty
^^ ๐Ÿ™‚ SD.

Dave C says:

I have the same problem but on a 99 stratus do u think that changing the
input & output sensors will fix it, i need help any coments please email me
pork1s@hotmail.com

angel menjivar says:

seems like you need a Tranny control module.

Moe Gibbs says:

hell, if you go too long without a tranny service, and the fluid looks
black and smells burnt, DO NOT SERVICE IT. Even changing the fluid at that
point will cause that trans. to slip due to the fresh detergents breaking
loose the grit between the clutches , then clog the hydraulic passages

tmayfield1141 says:

I replaced both sensors, ignition switch, connectors on transmission, tcm
relay switch and still stuck in limp mode don’t know what to do if someone
can please help, I will appreciate.

pintasero12345 says:

@aeonjoey .but to be on the safe side i bought oli pan gasket, transmission
filter with o ring, 4 quarts Transmission oil (atf+4) and gasket sealant, a
complete thorough tranny oil change. gonna take off the magnet of the oil
pan and scrub off metal shavings. This save me a lot of money coz some of
transmission shops would really gyp and your pretty ass off with a load of
money.Believe me, I had horrible experiences of this kind of immoral
conduct.

SuddenDeath says:

@iiAngelicVideosii; check your alternator, generator, or battery or battery
connectors before doing something else!!! P1684 error code is electrical…

dany mckoy says:

thanks for your tips

SuddenDeath says:
