Oh man it was frustrating jjst watching u hammer the drum. Try hitting.it.between the lugs flat on it helps so much more instead of the corners. I tried my breaks and unfortunately i was missing a spring or so so it all self destructed locked up my back wheel. So i jusy took iy all off im hub to drum to wheel now. My front breaks do all the stopping.so im fine buy i do want to fix it . It has challenged me and im not giving up

why are there so many drum brake videos where no one has any brake return spring tools? its so much easier with brake spring pliers and a holddown spring tool– cost is about $20.00 at a parts store. Much safer too, if one of those springs lets go could take an eye out–

Thanks good job. I’m having trouble getting my emergency cable back on new shoe and wish you would have talked about that process. Just using std tools it seems like a 3 hand job.
