Very grateful for your video. Purchased 2021 Chrysler 300 December 2021, sans heated cup holder. While waiting for the factory-ordered car, I ordered one online and asked dealer to install it as part of “dealer prep.” Sales Manager said their Service Dept would require some hours to do so, inclusive of wiring changes, et al. I had a friend watch your video and we installed in 20 minutes, tops, thanks to your clear guidance.
