I thought they recently did away with the inspection. In Nj I know they
still do the emissions hence still giving u the sticker but I thought the
rest as not checked anymore. I could be wrong and it may have been in just
the last year or so, but a co worker had a pos car with bad everything and
he said they o ly did the emmisio s check and it passed….just curious do
you m ow if this is true or not

My 2008 300 Tour is making same sound. Was told it was Sway Bar Links,
Outer Tie Rod and Upper Ball Joint. Various quotes at 12-1500 bucks. Thanks
for the video as its sounds just like that. Haven’t jacked it up yet
(tomorrow). Will order tie rods and probably do sway bars at same time. I
hear Moog at Canadian Tire (here in Canada) has them and they are life time
warrantee. I have been told many times by mechanics that the 300 (also
charger) are hard on front ends and they go often. Life warran

That is a great video!!…thank you. Learned a lot from this

Chris Lammon says:

That’s not a tie rod above your tire in front of the spring, that’s a
balljoint. You have an inner tie rod and an outer tierod end. Not sure how
the roads are by you, but if it’s anything like Chicago you’re going to be
replacing those tie rods every 15000 miles.
