I'm thinking that pinging is the fuel. Might want to try some different brands. Years ago my 1971 Datsun 240Z ran great on Chevron Super unleaded (when we didn't have any AvGas at the aviation shop I worked at). Had been using Shell Super prior and it just started pinging. Switched to Chevron 92 and it ran great. Love your car. So sweet. What a great cross country driver that would be.
Duff in back and the two Georges on the hat shelf.

@bmandiego says:

lol. George is having time of his live with the mummified mouse.

I don't know Mortske .. buying Mopars and collecting cats. You're getting kind of soft on us.

@danielshute1409 says:

Great Video! I bet atomic era motors would love the Montgomery Ward tires.

@grantkoeller8911 says:

In this new 5000 mile condition , this new yorker is worth $18,000.

@bennyharper862 says:

Without further info, they are a Y blank. Hard to find.

@bmandiego says:

I was hoping these would come up. It's a cool find. That guy loved his cars.

@Mike-z4u6t says:

Extremely clean. Nice find! For cleaning the interior, Lysol makes a laundry sanitizer. it sanitizes and has a nice clean scent. I use it on the terrazzo floors with ammonia. I think its worth 10K.

@grantkoeller8911 says:

My dad had a 1976 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham in dark metallic Blue with beautiful white vinyl top. He gave the car to me. I parked it at my brothers house, while I was stationed in Japan for 4 years at Yokota with the USAF. I had to sell car for 1 dollar.
