getoverkilled.ca/pentastar
In this video I installed a ported lower intake manifold and ported throttle body by overkill motorsports on my 3.6L v6. These two mods shaved off almost a 1/2 second from zero to sixty! Watch my 0-60 mph videos to see results from just adding these two items. Please visit their website as they have more items available for purchase to get you more hp!!!

Triple Nickle says:

Just buy a PUG lower intake. done.

cody kirilo says:

it would be nice to know how much they actually port out of the intakes… i took mine off and "hand sanded" from what i measured 34mm id to a 36mm id, basically took out all the rough spots and excess molding spillage. i notice very little gains, litter bit better throttle response.

Where can i get these 2 items? You link is not working

For anybody looking to make their life easier when working on their 3.6 Pentastar, the two brackets that hold the upper plenum can be modified by using an angle grinder to cut the top part of it off. This way all you have to do is loosen the bolts and slide the plenum upwards instead of having to loosen the brackets up and fighting with the wiring. I have had to change 3 of my fuel injectors so far at 70k miles and it saves so much time.

Great video. Very informative and it will be very useful for me in the future when I decide to pull the trigger and do this to my 3.6. Earned a sub from me!

Capture Me says:

Wish they did this for the 3.5 in Sebring/Avenger

Well done.
Usually I just passover videos this long, but I had to give it shot a because the title. I am doing research and this video came up in a bing search.
Nice to watch a video buy someone who knows what they are doing. Most times an installation video is someone learning how to install while making the video. Just recording it and post it. Lots of hiccups and back tracking. Hey still, for those guys and type of install videos – God bless them and keep on doing a good job.
But this one was actually quite quick considering the amount of work performed and it is literally a step-by-step / how-to guide. I can follow along doing this in my garage no problem. Perfectly explained, good light (minus the lifters πŸ™‚ he he !). Total props bro.

Have you tried to access the O2 sensors in back 1? I have a P2096 Code and P0420 Code pending. I have done the intake gasket replacements, the only thing I can see maybe I have an intake leak is at the throttle body to the intake line that connects to my airfilter, but I can't seem to find that part number. I am trying fix my 2011 Caravan and I can't seem to get to bank 1 on the engine's O2 sensors or catalytic converters.

RealSupremeOGx says:

How many spark plugs does out 200 have?

Cruiser139 says:

Did you use the top intake plenum gaskets over? Also, I have to replace one bad injector, did you use old injector o rings? New injector comes with new o rings but have to remove rail so it will affect all three right?

First I'd like to thank you for making this video as it gave me the confidence in installing the bolt-ons myself. With that said, I have to assume you're making the video for those of us who need your knowledge and guidance and have to ask a couple of questions. First, why no mention of the anti-seize and connector grease for the plugs? Secondly and much more importantly, how was it that you pulled the fuel injectors without fuel spilling from them? When I followed your video fuel spilled from the injectors when I "popped" them and it had me in a slight panic. I've learned something about a fuel pump fuse..?…and running the car until is stops running from lack of fuel. I'm not sure but again I really appreciate your video but it seems those two things should have been mentioned for laymen like myself. I'd suggest the latter is of the utmost importance. Thank you for making the video!

We'll be this be the same set up as a Chrysler 200 limited

Will Weasel Fat says:

What did you do with your old Throttlebody?

krazor8 x says:

Can I get one if these for the 2013 3.6? I know I can get the throttle body from the site, not seeing the lower intake, and I'd like to add those to before I put the turbo to it…

jonathan ramirez says:

Can i do this on a 4 cylinder ??

jonathan ramirez says:

You got to disconnect battery before disconnecting sensors

Isthismyusername says:

Just wondering how you liked the throttle body? Did it make any difference? Also how did it change the sound on the intake and engine?

Wolverine Bear says:

do you need to have the tuner to see any gains, I know a tuner definitely unleashes the beast but is it necessary for these bolt ons, does the pcm/ecm recognize that it breathes better

Mopar 392Ta says:

will these fit in my 13 chrysler 300 3.6l? I been looking for it and can't find it. I been looking for cams also

red01001 says:

How long did it take for everything to ship? I ordered the TB for my 2015 sxt; It's been close to a month since I placed the order. Still have heard nothing from Will after 2 emails, starting to get worried about it

boofighter says:

When I set my Fluxcapaciter to 78mph I found my time travel to be not as accurate. I bumped it up just a bit to 80mph, that was the sweet spot. But I have the Grand Caravan so that might make a difference.

Dinny Wilson says:

i need site to order cold air intake Chrysler200c
