Thank you so much I did it today with one hand because I injured my left had last week. I was going to take it to a shop and when I arrived I got sticker shock at $100 a hour the book called for 2.5 just to do the one side I walked out went home and did it in 2 hours flat and saved $250 thank you!!!!! the bolt closest to the firewall was hard but you are able to get to it better with a ratchet wrench FROM UNDER THE CAR easier. and the top two bolts under the mounts were hard you definitely need a yoke I used two to get them off Thank man you saved my day best way to do it

Just did driver side on 2010 Silverado four wheel drive. It's simple and quick using this method… If you got a two post lift which is what I just did this one on ( but can do it on the ground just little more work) raise truck up take tire off, fender well out 10mm and 5/16 socket to do that and if you don't have the tool to take the push pins out use a screwdriver and slightly go around the center of the pin, once its coming up on all sides use a pair of pliers or needlenose pliers.. once the fender well is out you can get to all the bolts although I took the three bolted to the frame off from under the hood. Here is the kicker.. you will need a 15 mm swivel socket with a one inch extension to get the two in the front the back two will come out just as easy but use a 6 or 8 inch extension with a deep well 15 for the back if your doing it on a two post lift I used a 3 foot of 3" exhaust pipe with a 4×4 on the oil pan with a floor jack will work just as good doing it on the ground just adapt for the length difference once all the bolts are out the mount will come out through the fender well without having to take the steering off, just jack the motor up and it will come right out. it said this job was about 5 to 6 hours labor I did it by myself with no help in 1hour 30 minutes and that was taking my time.. put back together in reverse order done! hope this helps cut down some time for you guys!
