Of course the range of years was provided as those years have many similarities. What was not identified that would be helpful is the model year they are working on in this video. Early on, judging by the mirror, the truck is a 1994 model or older.

I believe that after 1997? … GM changed the fuel connections to quick connects which requires a completely different set of tools (if you want to keep from damaging the fittings) in order to disconnect the hose fittings from the tank.

Then it may be a surprise if dropping your tank using this video.

Ron Hampe says:

If I had a lift this video would be great. I have also found from watching some of your other videos that you conveniently fast forward when installing the hard to reach parts.

Ray merck says:

Will this video apply to a 1999 k2500?

Step one- be a man and do it your self.

Steve Carlson says:

I never realized what an easy job this is. I just need to install a lift and buy a transmission jack. Simple!

old biker says:

at least GM had steel lines right in to the pump , to day they use plastic lines in the tank to the pump that crack or blow off , Q C is out to lunch , never by an other pump but AC Delco or Delphi . ask me I know .

Rj Duncan says:

What size bolt did you use…

Gabriel says:

You guys make great videos, thank you

Donald Battle says:

Gerland Kent says:

Gerland Kent says:

if I ever have to go THREW this I'm just going to cut a hole in the bed floor.

Franco vile says:

What is the hanging ground cable for in 16:10 ? Mine is ripped hanging will it effect anything

Bannoch says:

My fuel gauge reads above full and doesn’t move, I was wondering if the ground wire for the tank would cause that or the wiring from the tank
