Today we are going to show you how we repaired the loose gear shift knob on our Chevy Cavalier. Ours is a 2003 but it should work for any 1995-2005 Chevy Cavalier. Our gear shifter knob kept falling off and was really loose so we will show you how we repaired it and tightened it. We will show you how we secured our chevy cavalier gear shifting knob. I was about to replace the whole shifter.
Almost ridiculous this tiny plastic piece was all I needed.
Saved 15 $ on a new shifter for now.

what is the yellow piece called I need to replace that in my 2004 Chevy cavalier
for the main part of the shifter what is the yellow rod that you set the knob onto. mine is broken and im not sure what thats called to replace it. i am working on a 2001 cavalier base. if you know thanks in advance.

My lil yellow thing is kinda pushed in there and i have to shift using my nail on my finger, any tips?? Idk if it will work looks like orderes the wrong clip, but i ordered the right shifter!
