My 02 2500hd has over 200,000 miles. Pulls my boat like a dream.
I had a 1999 Silverado 1500…She ran over 350,000 .never used oil.minor repairs like fuel pump twice. Alternator of course battery..I had it for 10 yrs..changed my oil regularly..high mileage..I tjan did HAVE rear end troubles in the end.Shes still on the Road when I sold her.I loved this truck..so reliable..as a single Mom was a Blessing to have!!!
SO WHY ARE NEW GM trucks burning more oil ?? ls it because of this new thin oil or bad engines??

I have a 94 with 90k miles. Great truck!
I got a 1995 1500 GMC with almost 500,000 miles. Original 350 v8 and tyranny. My dad has a 1993 GMC with v8 and still going, plus a 1995 Chevy Tahoe with v8 and almost 400,000 miles, all vehicles have orginal v8 and trannys. They don't make them like they use to thats for sure.
I'd love to hear an unedited video. That'd be great.
